Job Description: 

1. HANDLING END TO END HR RESPONSIBILITIES SUCH AS TALENT ACQUISITION, INDUCTION PROGRAM, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.
2. LEADING THE TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM, SUPPORTING AND DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES.
3. LEAD THE HR AND IR POLICIES FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND MANUFACTURING UNITS.
4. MIS REPORT: PREPARE AND DOCUMENT DETAILS AND DATA RELATED TO EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT, PERIODICAL REPORTS, PERFORMANCE, ATTENDANCE, MANPOWER EXPENSES AND COSTING.
5. PRACTICE STRONG COMPLIANCE IN IR MANAGEMENT AND PROACTIVE WORK TOWARDS MITIGATING RISK IN THE MANUFACTURING UNITS.
6. FULFILLING AND ENSURING ALL STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS TO WORKMEN LIKE: MIN WAGES, PAYMENT OF WAGES, ESI, PF, BONUS, LEAVE PAY, SERVICE PAY, WEEKLY OFF PAY ETC.
7. SHOULD POSSESS STRONG CORPORATE HR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
8. SHOULD HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF MULTI UNITS HANDLING.
9. EXPOSURE TO VARIOUS CUSTOMERS AUDITS.
10. TEAM WORKER, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, GOOD EXPOSURE TO MANAGEMENT PRACTICES. TACT IN DEALING WITH MANAGEMENT LEVELS LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, KANNADA, ANY SOUTH INDIAN LANGUAGE GENDER: MALE OR FEMALE REPORTING: CHAIRMAN & MD – CEO
