Sales Manager
A leading trading and manufacturing company specializing in printers, printing machineries, and consumables such as spare parts, paper, ink, dyes, etc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team and drive revenue growth for our textile printer sales and service organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of customer relationship management, as well as a passion for exceeding targets and providing exceptional service to the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base within the textile printing industry.
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities for up selling and cross-selling.
Product Knowledge:
o Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the textile printing industry, our products, and services.
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
Sales Process Management:
o Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
o Implement effective sales processes and pipeline management to ensure the sales team operates efficiently and productively.
Customer Service:
o Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
o Resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Sales Experience of 7 years plus.
Experience in sales from similar industry / competitor companies only (textile printing industry). Must have exposure to screen printing as well as digital printing machines
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ERP CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Local language proficiency required.
