Work Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai

Designation: Relationship Manager

CTC Range: 2.20 LPA to 3.50 LPA

Must Criteria:

• Should be Graduate / PG / MBA
• Should have minimum 60% Marks in Graduation
• Age should be below 25 Years
• Should be Fluent in English and Local Language
• Candidate should be from passing batch of 2023 & 2024.
• Should be presentable and have basic knowledge about Insurance Industry

Note – We need only fresher’s and not experience candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities for Direct Marketing Channel – Relationship Manager 

• Achievement of premium and number of policies.
• Ensuring min 70% activation of the Channel Partners assigned to him.
• To achieve targets for the designated partner through effective sales strategies.
• Sales planning and training need analysis.
• Existing Channel partners management.
• To build and manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business.
