A Leading Incense Stick Supplier, Manufacturer, Dealer and Distributor in India is looking for suitable candidates :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Locations : Bengaluru, Udupi, Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Maharashtra
Salary Package : Depend on experience and current salary

 Candidate should be from FMCG industry having 10 to 12 years of experience. Preferred from Agarbatti industry and will report to Country Sales head.
 Qualification : any graduation
 Age not more than 45 years
 Should be able to build new team and effective management.
 Should monitor secondary sales and achieve primary sales target.
 Training & Development of Field staff to shoulder Higher Responsibilities
 Territory Planning to ensure Total Market Coverage
 Man Power Planning to ensure Total Market Coverage
 Creation & Management of Distribution Net-Work to ensure availability &
visibility of the products in the entire Region
 Area Expansion – New Stockiest appointment in an un-represented area
 Corporate Image Building
 Brand Image Building–with a special emphasis on New Brands.
