Business Development Manager
Looking for Business Development Managers who will be Frontline Sales staff responsible to drive business through Bancassurance channel with channel partner
Each BDM is assigned approx.. 2-5 branches in the surrounding area of one’s base location offered, where the BDM need to develop and grow business for effective relationship management with Bank officials and Bank customers.
This is a target-based job. All the training, support and leads required to achieve the assigned targets will be provided by the company.
- Min. Graduation is MUST.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- This is a field job. Candidates needs to own/ able to ride a two-wheeler vehicle for easy commute to the assigned branches.
Conveyance: 6,000/monthly
One year Experience in Life Insurance is a Must- 4.25 LPA
For candidates with 2 years and above package will be around 5.20 LPA
