A leading trading and manufacturing company specializing in printers, printing machineries, and consumables such as spare parts, paper, ink, dyes, etc. is looking for a young & dynamic Channel Sales Manager.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Kolkata.
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our channel partners in
the Kolkata region, as well as driving sales targets for the East region. This is an individual contributor
role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the textile
printing industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners in the Kolkata
    region, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and penetration in the
    East region.
  3. Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their product
    knowledge and selling capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop
    channel-specific strategies and initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify
    new opportunities and challenges.
  6. Set and achieve sales targets for the East region, ensuring alignment with company objectives
    and growth plans.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and channel
    partner activities to senior management.
  8. Drive continuous improvement in channel partner performance through proactive
    communication, coaching, and incentive programs.
  9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  10. Proven track record of success in channel sales management, preferably in the textile printing
  11. Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics, including distributor and dealer networks.
  12. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  13. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  14. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  15. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Experience : 5 – 7 years

Work Location : Kolkata
