LEGAL HEAD FOR A COMPANY TRUST

1.The incumbent should hold minimum 8-10 work experience in Handling Trust & Corporate Laws.
2. Should be a law Graduate from a premier law college and should have worked for premier law firms. Any additional degrees in Corporate law would be preferred.
3. Mandatorily should have experience in having worked as a team member or leading a team in formation of Family and Corporate Trusts.
4. Should have the capability to liaison between company and any external law firm on overseeing and finalizing the formation of these Trusts and later managing them.
5. Should be experienced and thorough in knowledge and practice of all aspects of Corporate laws. 6. Should be a team player with leadership and good communication and interpersonal skills.
