Immediate requirement for a leading Electronic Manufacturing Company

Qualification : B Com/M Com/MBA-Finance

Responsible for the annual budget process, provide monthly reviews, and implementing business
plans and other programs.
Provide monthly and quarterly reporting as required by bank, ensuring covenants are met
Provide monthly information and analysis for strategic Management Team.
Ensure adequate controls and in place, i.e. policies, procedures.
Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making
process and ensure success of the corporation.
To provide a leadership role in all aspects of the company’s financial operations and to manage
the accounts functions.
Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
Customer co-ordination through marketing dept: Getting the payment at the earliest, C Form
follow-up, account reconciliation and timely correspondence for any irregularity.
Physical Verification: To facilitate periodic inventory verification. Areas to be covered are factory
premises, DTA, EOU, Shivanahalli, Sub-Contract, suppliers etc. Difference to be discussed with
the concerned. Non-moving, slow moving and redundant materials to be segregated for
management action.
Capital Expenses: To identify, proper recording, custodianship, identification marks, depreciation
working, physical verification and to meet the audit requirement.
To identify the money leakages, additional costs, ineligible claims/expenses thorough verification
of PO, bill, voucher and other documents. Immediately to report to the HOD concerned for
necessary action.
Frequent review of various ledgers/accounts in the system for any irregular entries/wrong
posting/overdue/unadjusted amount and to report for further action.
Various benefits/reimbursement/subsidy applicable to our industry: To identify the eligibility in the
areas of Government Schemes, Custom Duty/Excise Duty/Service Tax/Sales Tax, Bank
transactions, Exhibitions/Fairs, Finance Institutions and other relevant areas and availing the
benefits in time.
Various Statutory Obligations, assessment, issue of forms, co-ordination with auditors, customs,
suppliers, financial institutions etc. The areas are corporate Income Tax, TDS, GST, Service Tax,
Professional Tax,
Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Secretarial Compliance, EOU division, Customs, Central Excise,
Central Sales Tax and other Statutory bodies.
Revenue recognition and documentation: Company should not loose any amount on account of
interest on FD, reimbursement of ED, DBK, scrap sale, sub-contract materials/scrap sale, Interest
subsidy, customer short payment, recovery of personal expenses if any and other areas.

Cash and suspense account: Physical verification and settlement of long standing suspense
amounts as a routine to be done throughout.
ERP system: Co-ordination with all departments for its smooth functioning. Bringing the accounts
department ERP on line up to Cheque generation through the system.
Custodianship of statutory records like assessment orders, Registration certificates, audit reports,
balance sheet, foreign currency, various returns filed compliance reports and any other document
of importance.
All other existing jobs and other related jobs as per exigency.

Experience : 6- 7 years , Preferred Manufacturing Industry experience
