Compensation: ₹ 200,000 – 325,000 per year

• Role: Phone Manager – Bancassurance
• Age: Below 30 years. ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES CAN APPLY
• Education: Any Graduation

Skill Set Required:

1. Result Orientation.
2. High level of motivation and perseverance.
3. Sales mindset and a positive attitude.
4. Basic computer knowledge/technological skills.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to converse in Local language is essential.
6. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling and identifying potential customers from allocated campaigns
2. Convincing prospects about products
3. Ensure timely call backs and follow-ups for closure of sales
4. Ensure correct information is provided to the customer on calls
5. Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
6. Ensuring 80% Login to issuance
7. Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and keep relative records
8. Telephonic Sales conversions
9. Zero mis-selling
10. Maintaining performance achievement as defined by the company.
11. Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
12. Ability to manage customer queries, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer and convince the customer positively.
