A leading trading and manufacturing company specializing in printers, printing machineries, and consumables such as spare parts, paper, ink, dyes, etc. is looking for a young & dynamic Product Manager.

Position Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the product portfolio. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product strategies, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on printers used in textile printing, catering to a diverse
client base in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
 Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the textile printing industry.
 Analyze customer feedback, industry reports, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
Product Strategy:
 Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
 Define the product roadmap, including new product launches, feature enhancements, and product retirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.
 Work closely with engineers to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
 Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, promotional materials, and sales tools.
Sales Enablement:
 Provide sales teams with the necessary training and tools to effectively communicate product value propositions.
 Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends, adjusting product strategies accordingly.
Performance Analysis:
 Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success.
 Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for continuous product improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
 Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to inform future product
development initiatives.

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Masters in relevant field is a plus.
 Proven experience in product management, preferably in the printing or textile industry.
 Strong understanding of textile printing processes and technologies.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
 Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
