Job description:

Qualification: BE (Mech) / DME

Experience:   Minimum 5 years

Age: 25-35 years

Location: Bangalore

Remuneration: In the range of  CTC 5.5 lacs / annum, CTC, depending on the calibre of the candidate and the pedigree of his current / previous employers

Exposure:

Handling production function such as plan Vs actual – on daily basis, to achieve productivity as per the process time, taking forward the requirement of tooling’s, jaws, jigs, fixtures. To ensure work environment, safety, shop discipline, line balancing. Training skill for work force. Should have worked in unit having different type of machines namely Tuning, Turn-Mill, VMC, VTL, HMC, 4 & 5 axis machines etc. Having good exposure in sectors like Oil & Gas, Aerospace etc is preferred.

Manpower management: Should have good inter-personal skills and ability to implement multiskilling, 1Man2Machine. Practice of work allotment, monitoring employee attendance and reporting time to time.

Hands on experience – Conversant with machine operation, machine controls, able to guide the operator in case of doubt.

Preferred: Good knowledge to work on PC.  Conversant with CNC controls, programming knowledge on turning / VMC /5 axis . He needs to have exposure to software’s like NX/DELCAM/Hyper mill etc. Focus on process improvement and zero defect. Conversant with process documents, target oriented.
