  • Launching regional marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits and features of our
  • Inviting clinical experts to give talks and share their experiences with our products.

  • Organizing clinical workshops to demonstrate our products and train customers on
    how to use them effectively.
    To cover the entire market and visit customers based on priority and type, we need a
    market coverage plan that considers the following factors:
  • The size and potential of each market segment
  • The current and projected market share of each segment
  • The frequency and duration of customer visits required for each segment
  • The availability and allocation of sales resources for each segment
    To attract customers from competitors and create clinical programs to attract new
    customers, we need a strategy that includes the following actions:
  • Conduct a competitive analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our
    competitors and their products
  • Develop a value proposition that highlights our unique benefits and differentiators
  • Create and deliver tailored messages and presentations that address the specific
    needs and pain points of each customer segment
  • Design and implement clinical programs that demonstrate our product efficacy and
    safety, and provide education and support for customers
  • A possible way to shorten the delivery cycle time and improve product availability is to
    implement a stock and sell plan for distributors. This plan would allow distributors to

  • Deliver market forecasts and business case for products/upgrades that are at concept stage, work with Assistant Product Leader, Business Analysis and Global Design to develop, test and prototype new product ideas.
  • · Gather and create FDA claims and compelling “proof points” of our value proposition
  • · Set product launch price and create product training strategy and content
  • · Facilitate innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success
  • Key contributor to Growth and ensure regional/operational plans and execution are aligned with the global strategy
  • Qualification : Graduation with MBA- Marketing
  • Location : Bangalore, Hybrid mode
  • Experience: 10 plus years
  • CTC : As per the Industry standards and incentives.
