Job Description :

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP where he/ she shall facilitate workshops with the
local site IT Directors to collect business requirements and perform detailed analysis of complex
business process requirements
 Map client business requirements, processes and objectives. identify, interpret, validate and
document customer requirements
 Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions, design, customize, configure and testing of PP.
 Act as liaison with client, proactively identify and propose business process and/or system
 Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
 Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
 Deep Knowledge in the area of MRP, especially in the manufacturing processes. Understanding how
production planning, scheduling, and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing
processes is vital to the role.
 At the same time, able to articulate the various planning methodologies, strategies and functionalities
in SAP is important as the candidate would like to be assigned to site based lean manufacturing
projects to assist the business.
The Candidate should have
 Degree / Diploma holder with 8+ years of working experience in SAP PP implementation with
exposure on MES best practices and process across global instances would be an added advantage
 Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
 Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. Deep
functional knowledge of SAP PP solution capabilities and business process configurations.
 Proven track records on implementation / rollout projects would be key where his/her experience
demonstrated a thorough knowledge of business process and significant customizing experience
within SAP MM/ SD/QM
 Understanding of accounting business processes, especially in the area of Product Cost Accounting.
 Excellent consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude, coupled with excellent communication skills.It is
expected for him/her to also have significant experience in writing functional requirements / designs
 Able to self-directed and work independently as well as in project teams, ability to understand
business processes from a customer perspective is very important
