Looking for Senior Executive-Recruitment for an Indian MNC Accounting Firm situated in South Bangalore 

No. of Positions : 2

Qualification : Any Graduation with MBA or equivalent

Work Experience : 2- 4 years of handling Recruitment

Work Content needs:

People oriented and results driven

Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for Finance & Accounts, E Commerce

Solid hands-on experience in sourcing techniques (Boolean search) and tools (eg.

LinkedIn, Naukri)

Good experience in bulk hiring

Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels and all

geographical locations

Excellent Excel skills

Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all

levels of the company

General knowledge of HR practices

Work Location : Jayanagar/Banashankari
