We are hiring Business Development Managers who will be Frontline Sales staff responsible to drive business through Bancassurance channel with our channel partner

Each BDM is assigned approx.. 2-5 branches of the Bank – in the surrounding area of one’s base location offered, where the BDM need to develop and grow business through effective relationship management with Bank officials and Bank customers.

This is a target-based job. All the training, support and leads required to achieve the assigned targets will be provided by the company.

  1. Min. Graduation is MUST.
  2. Local candidates are preferred.
  3. This is a field job. Candidates needs to own/ able to ride a two-wheeler vehicle for easy commute to the assigned branches.

A leading trading and manufacturing company specializing in printers, printing machineries, and consumables such as spare parts, paper, ink, dyes, etc. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing procurement activities, both domestically and internationally, while supporting pre-sales and post-sales processes.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Procurement, the Assistant Manager Procurement will ensure the seamless operation of procurement processes and effective management of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Coordination and Execution:

 Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management, in accordance with established guidelines and timelines.

 Liaise with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services, while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

 Execute procurement transactions in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement requirements for various projects and initiatives.

2. Vendor Management:

 Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

 Maintain relationships with vendors, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the procurement process.

 Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements, taking corrective action as necessary.

3. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support:

 Provide procurement support to sales teams during the pre-sales process, including pricing, availability, and invoicing, sourcing of products.

 Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure timely resolution of procurement related issues, warranty claims, and spare parts management.

4. Supply Chain Coordination:

 Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficient flow of goods through the supply chain.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.

5. Process Management and Improvement:

 Implement and adhere to standardized procurement processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

 Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

 5+ years of experience in procurement coordination and execution, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.

 Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Role Specification
Mission of this Position : Build a product that meet customer needs with the least resources to save
costs. Translate customer needs into initiatives while aligning stakeholders internally to influence the business strategy.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Facilitate requirements gathering. Co-ordinate Requirements ,Management interaction & Technical Documentation release to Customer
- Review and Agree on PD content of customer Target Agreement / Statement of Work
- Lead technical meetings with Customers and negotiate the delivery contents and dates
- Create / Track PD(Product Development) Project Level timing plan(s) and track with risk mitigation plans
- Lead PD Budget Tracking, PD Resource adjustments and PD Level Status Tracking & Reporting
- Lead and/or organize Cross-Discipline technical reviews, tasks prioritization, problem Solving and issue management
- Coordinating for product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes.
- Testing products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems.
- Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
- Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development.
- Fine-tuning designs until they are ready for production.
- Co-ordinate Test Requests for DV, EMC, CERT, Development Testing etc.
- Document Lessons learned from engineering team by phase and feed back to PD Team to update appropriate engineering documents. Ensure DFMEAs are updated with these lessons
-Adhere to Company corporate and local processes, methods, procedures.

6+ yrs experience in Automotive development and Testing (Experience in EV Two Wheeler / 3 wheeler /4W is an advantage) with Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics.
-Hands on experience on Electric Vehicle Powertrain components is mandatory and Knowledge on batteries, BMS, Motor, Motor Controllers would be added advantage
-Hands on experience on calibration, diagnostic, testing and commissioning of electrical/electronic control system and CAN communication protocol.

Sound knowledge on designing for the Inverter circuits for the PMSM Motor for the EV application (Low voltage 48V/96V Dc and high voltage 300V Dc  to 800V Dc).  

Power Architecture development with MOSFET / IGBT and feasibility studies.

Heat sink selection and power device mounting technics.

High voltage packaging verification for the Creepage and clearance

Experience in PWM switching technics Power loss optimization and power loss calculation

Experience in custom Analog IC circuit design, including design of amplifiers, comparators, references, bias circuits Mixed signal IC circuit design, and sampling circuits.

Proven track record at each of the following stages in product development:

Design partitioning and error /noise budgeting, knowledge of device matching, parasitic extraction, signal integrity and for EMI/EMC & ESD.

  • Detailed design and simulation of analog building blocks , Power circuit ,voltage regulators, dc-dc switching regulators.
